Although CloudApp portal, the major portal to use PAYG, is currently under the maintaince time, you could process PAYG service by sending a ticket at CloudGate. All your requests, including create, set up, upgrate, top-up, would be done immediately, just need a ticket.
How to check your credit balance:
- Log in your account at CloudGate
- Click to the flag icon with the text "Notification" at the left upper conner of the screen
- From here, a text box with your balance and invoices would appear

Cách kiểm tra số dư tài khoản của bạn:
- Đăng nhập tài khoản tại cổng CloudGate
- Click vào biểu tượng lá cờ kèm chữ "Notification" ở góc trên bên phải màn hình
- Từ đây sẽ xổ xuống một hộp thoại cung cấp thông tin về số dư và các hóa đơn của bạn
