When you process payment via PayPal, the Automation payment is set automatically for your monthly plan. It is the WHMCS Paypal Gateway's default configuration.
You could check if you are subscribing any payments on PayPal and cancel it by yourself by following below steps:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Near the top of the page, you will find the “Account settings” tab. Click it.
- In your account settings, click “Payments.”
- Under “Payments,” you’ll find the “Automatic payments” button. Here you’ll find recurring and scheduled payments and the preferred payment method used for each one.
- Find the payment you want to cancel (TotHost subcription).
- Next to the payment, you’ll see the button to cancel automatic charges. It could be a simple “Cancel” button or “Cancel automatic billing”. Click the button.
- Follow the instructions to confirm your canceled subscription.
